Maintenance & Installation

This family company runs a great operation. They helped us to complete some much needed plumbing jobs on our farm without any fuss. Their staff were courteous, polite and only too willing to help solve our plumbing issues. We will be using them again in the future. Highly recommended. Thanks for helping us.

23rd December and gas HWS had problems, Staff on Christmas- New Year break except Reece who was handling emergencies. He attended and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great work and didn't break the bank with the bill. Well Done.

These plumbers are tops. Very dedicated, professional and always on time. They helped me a lot on our bathroom renovations. They listen to my suggestions and gave meaningful advice and insights. The work carried out is of high standard, plus the prices are affordable for most people. Highly recommended.

We had 2 plumbers from the excellent team at Alexander Gas & Plumbing out for some water pressure works throughout our house. We could not more highly recommend this service! Great in communications, prompt, trustworthy, and a very high quality service. 100% recommend to friends and family 🙂

Alexander Gas & Plumbing Co are exceptional. The team are dedicated to providing an unparalleled service. As a small business owner, they understand our needs and are transparent about what they can do to help us. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From initial call to completion of work, communication is seamless, staff are so friendly they feel like family. It’s not often you find service providers who care as much about your business as they do. Thank you so much for everything.

I would give more stars if I could. This business has exceeded expectations while working on a tight time line with my home gas supply and lines. I found Rich and his team to be warm, honest and straight down the line from the beginning. The work carried out is of high standard, plus the prices are well within all ranges for most people. Highly recommend. Rich/Julie - your team are amazing, keep up the excellent work for our suburbs!

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service. Thankfully I was asked if I wanted anything else done which prompted me to get work done that I had put off. Serviceman was not pushy. I am happy with the thorough job done. I would recommend this company and will use them again

I couldn’t be happier with the service and workmanship provided by Richard. He was at my house within 2 hours of calling and fixed up all the problems I had with my water tank pump. I especially appreciated the phone calls to keep me updated on the progress. I would definitely recommend Alexander Gas and Plumbing to anyone.

Richard did a great job doing the installation for a gas-powered coffee machine on a tricycle cargo bike. Not exactly an everyday job but he did it quick and professionally and clearly knows what he is doing. On top of that, he is really easy going and clearly explaining what he is doing. Will definitely ask him again for the next job.

- Bert - Moorooka

A prompt and friendly approach to plumbing. No time-wasting, good advice on product and professional installation. Very cost-effective as well. Thanks for a job well done!

I have used Alexander Gas & Plumbing Co on a number of occasions at two properties. Jobs included repairing a broken underground sewer pipe, installation of new hot and cold water services, installation of new sewer pipes for a house extension and extension of gas pipework for kitchen appliances. I have found Richard to be prompt – he’s there when he says he will be there, he’s courteous, he cleans up any mess and is efficient. I highly recommend Alexander Gas & Plumbing Co to anyone needing plumbing work done without hassle.
