Business Owner/ Qualified Plumber & Gas Fitter
With over 20 years of plumbing and gas fitting experience, Rich founded Alexander Gas & Plumbing Co (AGPCo) in 2014 with a clear vision: to create a business that delivers first-class workmanship, educates customers, provides practical and cost-effective solutions, and offers a level of service that stands above the rest.
As a fully qualified plumber and gas fitter, Rich holds a range of additional licences and certifications that enable him to undertake a diverse range of residential, commercial, industrial, and specialised plumbing and gas projects. His extensive industry knowledge, combined with a hands-on approach, ensures every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Throughout his career, Rich has built a reputation for honest advice, quality workmanship, and genuine customer care. He believes that informed customers make better decisions, which is why he takes the time to explain options, discuss solutions, and ensure clients understand the work being carried out.

Donovan Rudolph
Qualified Plumber
Donovan joined the AGPCO team in 2024 and has quickly become a valued and integral member of the business. Born in South Africa and raised in New Zealand, Donovan brings a diverse background and a practical, hands-on approach to plumbing and gas fitting. Raven Bowman
Qualified Plumber
Raven joined the AGPCO team in 2021 as a first-year plumbing apprentice. After graduating from high school in 2021, he was keen to enter the workforce and gain a trade qualification. With his eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and proactive attitude, Raven has been a breath of fresh air within the team.
His dedication and commitment to both his studies and on-the-job training were recognised when he was awarded Apprentice of the Year in 2023, a testament to his professionalism, skill development, and positive contribution to the industry.
Outside of work, Raven enjoys watching boxing and spending time with family and friends. His great sense of humour, excellent people skills, and willingness to take on new challenges make him a valued asset to our team. Always eager to learn and improve, we see Raven as an invaluable long-term member of the AGPCO team and look forward to supporting his continued growth and success in the plumbing industry.
Josh Overend
Qualified Plumber
Josh joined the AGPCO team in 2026 and brings a strong technical skillset backed by extensive hands-on experience in water and drainage system installations, repairs, and maintenance. His practical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality workmanship make him a valued member of the team.
Born and raised in New Zealand, Josh has travelled extensively and developed a broad range of life experiences along the way. These experiences have helped shape his adaptable, practical approach and ability to tackle challenges with confidence and professionalism.
Known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking, Josh takes pride in delivering high-quality results and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of his weekends. Jonathan Monteith
Apprentice Plumber
Jono joined the Alexander Gas & Plumbing Co. team in 2024 as our Storeman and quickly became a valued member of the business through his strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. His dedication to learning the industry and willingness to take on new challenges led him to commence his plumbing apprenticeship in 2025, taking the next step in building a rewarding career in the trade.
Born and bred in Queensland, Jono is a proud local who brings plenty of energy and enthusiasm to the workplace. Outside of work, he is passionate about football and dedicates much of his spare time to coaching with Ipswich FC, where he enjoys mentoring young players and helping them develop both on and off the field. His leadership skills, teamwork, and ability to connect with people are qualities that shine through in both his coaching and his work at AGPCO.
With a strong desire to learn, a hands-on approach, and a genuine commitment to providing great service, Jono has a bright future ahead in the plumbing industry and is an important part of the AGPCO team.
Ethan Barton
Apprentice Plumber
Ethan joined the AGPCO team in 2026 as a third-year plumbing apprentice, bringing enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the trade.
Eager to continue developing his skills and knowledge, Ethan approaches every job with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. His dedication to delivering quality workmanship and supporting his teammates makes him a valued member of the AGPCO crew.
Outside of work, Ethan is always on the go. A keen gym-goer and sports enthusiast, he enjoys staying active and challenging himself both physically and mentally. Whether he’s training, playing sport, or cheering on his favourite teams, Ethan brings the same energy and commitment to his hobbies as he does to his apprenticeship.
Julie Stokes
Admin Support
Julie (“Julz”) joined the AGPCO team in 2024 and plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of AGPCO.
As our dedicated Admin Assistant and a qualified Justice of the Peace, Julie brings a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail to everything she does. Working behind the scenes, she helps keep the administrative side of the business running efficiently, ensuring the team has the support they need to deliver great outcomes every day.
Known for her dependable nature and positive attitude, Julz is always willing to help wherever needed and is a valued member of the AGPCO family.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband Wayne and their two beloved dogs. She is also a passionate supporter of the Brisbane Broncos and proudly wears her loyalty on her sleeve—quite literally—with a Broncos tattoo that leaves no doubt about where her allegiance lies. Her enthusiasm, sense of humour, and team-first attitude make her a pleasure to work alongside.
Kymm Edmonds
Operations Manager
Kymm joined the AGPCO team in 2024 and is the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. As Operations Manager, she plays a key role in keeping the business running efficiently, supporting both our team and customers while ensuring every project is delivered to the high standards AGPCO is known for.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a Diploma in Commerce, and a Certificate IV in Child Behavioural Psychology, Kymm brings a unique blend of leadership, business acumen, and people-focused skills to the company. Her strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service help keep every aspect of the business operating smoothly.
Passionate about creating efficient systems and supporting the growth of the team, Kymm is dedicated to ensuring both staff and customers have a positive experience with AGPCO. Whether she’s coordinating operations, or managing business processes, she approaches every task with professionalism, care, and enthusiasm.
Outside of work, Kymm enjoys spending time with her three children, working on landscaping projects around her home, and cheering on her beloved Canberra Raiders. Her dedication, energy, and ability to bring people together make her an invaluable part of the AGPCO team.
Darian Grbic
Qualified Plumber
Darian joined the AGPCO team in 2026 after successfully completing his plumbing apprenticeship, bringing fresh knowledge, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to the business.
Having recently qualified as a plumber, Darian is developing a foundation across a wide range of plumbing and maintenance work. Eager to continue learning and growing within the industry, he approaches every job with enthusiasm
